stomach এর lymphatic drainage বলতে গেলে প্রথমে stomach কে কয়েকটা area তে ভাগ করতে হবে।
আমরা যদি stomach এর cardiac orifice থেকে একটা vertical line টানি greater curvature পর্যন্ত, তাহলে এটা stomach কে ২টা area তে ভাগ করবে।
১.right part of the stomach
২.left part of the stomach
এরপর vertical line এর lower portion থেকে যদি আরেকটা যদি transeverse line টানা হয়, pyloric part বরাবর, তাহলে এই line stomach এর right part টা কে আরো ২টা ভাগে ভাগ করবে,
১.upper 2/3rd of the right part
২.lower 1/3rd of the right part
এখন আসি lymphatic drainage নিয়ে,
left part of the stomach এর lymphatic drainage:
এই part এর lymphatics lymph vessels এর মাধ্যমে first এ pancreatico splenic lymph node a যায়। কিছু lymphatics para cardiac lymph nodes এ যায়,তারপর এগুলো ultimately coeliac node এ drain করে।

upper 2/3rd of the right part of stomach এর lymphatic drainage:
এই area এর lymphatics lymph vessels এর মাধ্যমে lesser curvature হয়ে left gastric lymph node এ drain করে, তারপর এটা ultimately drain করে coeliac node এ।
lower 1/3rd of the right part of stomach এর lymphatic drainage:
এই area এর lymphatics lymph vessels এর মাধ্যমে right gastro epiploic lymph node, এখান থেকে lymphatics pyloric lymph node এ যায়। তারপর এখান থেকে ultimately coeliac node এ drain করে।
pyloric part of stomach এর lymphatic drainage:
এই area এর lymphatic drainge ৩ ভাবে :
১.কিছু lymphatics drain করে hepatic lymph node এ
২.কিছু drain করে pyloric lymph node এ
৩.কিছু drain করে left gastric lymph node এ।
তারপর এরা ultimately drain করে coeliac node এ।
stomach এর সকল area এর lymphatics drain করে ultimately coeliac node এ।
তারপর এই lymphatics গুলো thoracic duct এ Drain করে ...।
