প্রথমেই জেনে নেই What Is Heart?
*The Heart is a hollow ,somewhat conical muscular organ ,situated in the middle mediastinum and covered by pericardium .
The Heart mainly supplied by two coronary artery:
*Right coronary artery এবং *Left coronary artery
(Right and left coronary artery দুটি arise করে Ascending Aorta থেকে ....Right coronary artery arise করে anterior aortic sinus of ascending aorta থেকে ... Left Coronary artery arise করে left posterior arotic sinus থেকে ...)
Branches of Right Coronary Artery:
Divided into two groups---
First segment:
ventricular rami--Right Conus Artery:
supply area: infundibulum of right ventricle.

Right anterior ventricular rami:
supply area: sternocostal wall of right ventricle.
Atrial rami:
supply area: myocardium of right atrium .
Senond segment:
Right posterior ventricular rami:suppply area:Diaphragmatic surface of the right ventricle .
Posterior interventricular branchs:
supply area:*Diaphragmatic surface of the right and left ventricles. *posterior-inf one third of ventricular septum *AV node

Right Posterior atrial rami:
supply area:posterior surface of right and left atria.
Now branches of Left Coronary Artery:
Two Branches:Anterior Interventricular branch:
Anterior ventricular rami:supply area:infundibulum of right ventricle .
Septal rami:
supply area:anterior-superior two third of ventricular septum.
Circumflex artery:
*sino atrial nodal artery
*left marginal artery
*posterior interventricular artery
Anastomosis:
(Posterior interventricular artery branch of right coronary artery যেটা posterior interventricular groove এ Apex of the heartএর near anastomosis করে anterior interventricular branch of left coronary artery. আবার circumflex branch of left coronary artery
anastomosis করে left side of crux of the heart with right coronary artery)
Coronary Artery Predominance:
(predominance কথাটি মানে প্রাধান্য ... বেশির ভাগ মানুষের Posterior interventricular branch arise হয় Right Coronary artery থেকে,একে Right coronary artery predominance বলে। অল্প কিছু সংখ্যক মানুষ যাদের posterior interventricular branch arise হয় left coronary artery থেকে...
এদের আবার left coronary predominance বলে। নরমালি এই branch গুলা heart muscle এ nutrition supply দিয়ে থাকে, এখন ধরুন, কোন কারনে যদি কারো left coronary artery predominance থাকে আর)(Left coronary predominance ক্ষেত্রে তার যদি কোন কারনে left coronary artery তে obstruction হয় তবে, তার posterior interventricular brnach artery supply একেবারেই যাবে না..কিন্তু যার Right coronary artery predominance আছে তার কিন্তু left coronary artery obstruct হলেও সেটা right coronary artery এসে compansate করে দিতে পারে...
একচুয়েলি এটাই হল coronary predominance)
