If a child already diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease or Renal Insufficiency presents with Hypercalcaemia, please take his/her diet history.
If he/she has a history of taking Dairy Products regularly, may be he/she is suffering from Milk Alkali Syndrome....
mechanism:
The Dairy food product companies used to add Calcium Carbonate in dairy foods to enrich it with Calcium. But in case of young patients with renal insufficiency,
the Calcium is not cleared well leading to Milk Alkali Syndrome.

A CLD patient suddenly presents with increased Bleeding Time but the Clotting Time is normal. What should be the most probable diagnosis?
Ans: First you should do the CBC. If the Platelet count is low, may be there is decreased Thrombopoietin level due to CLD.
So the diagnosis should be Thrombocytopenia with CLD.
Pancytopenia may be a cause. But if there is individual thrombocytopenia, decreased Thrombopoietin level may be the culprit

The most faithful indicator of
Dehydration is Urine_Output . It is more indicative than Dry Tongue and Skin_Pinch . The normal urine output is 1ml/Kg/hour.
Look at the catheter and check the urine output every hourly. If it is less than 1ml/Kg/hour, your patient is dehydrated.

Cervical vertibrae injury with Breathlessness?? Please consider Phrenic Nerve Lesion.

Explanation:
The root value of Phrenic Nerve is C3, C4, C5. It supplies the diaphragm which is the chief muscle for inspiration.
So, if there is phrenic nerve lesion due to cervical injury, breathlessness is a likely finding.

We can differentiate whether it is Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) or Acute Myeloblastic Leukaemia (AML) by the presence of Auer body !
Because Auer body is present only in AML and sign symptoms of AML and ALL are same !
