Stomach--Parts and Artery Supply in Bangla
আজকে Artery Supply of Stomach নিয়ে আলোচনা করব...

Anatomy

শুরুতেই কিছু বেসিক এনাটমি জেনে নিই:
stomach কে ৩ টা পার্টে ভাগ করা যায়..
*Fundus *Body *Pyloric part
(cardiac notch থেকে একটি Horizontal line টানলে fundus and body সেপারেটেড হবে.. আর Insisura angularis থেকে একটি slightly verticle লাইন টানলে body এবং pyloric part সেপারেটেড হবে.... Pylotic part 3 ভাগে বিভক্ত-- pyloric antrum, pyloric canal, pylorus)
2 টা curvature :
*lesser curvature and
*greater curvature
2 টা Orifice:
*cardiac and *pyloric orifice
Situation of Stomach:
(Epigastrium,left hypochondriac,umbilical region জুড়ে অবস্থিত)

Now,Artery supply of stomach:
(Stomach mainly coeliac trunk এর branch গুলো দিয়ে supply হয়... এর branch গুলো হল *Left Gastric Artery and *Common Hepatic Artery *Splenic artery)
(left gastric artery mainly সাপ্লাই দেয় cardiac end of the stomach and lesser curvature কে....এটা upper 2/3 and lower 1/3 এর junction এসে anastomosis করবে Right gastric artery সাথে... এখানে Right gastric artery common hepatic artery এর branch)
(Common Hepatic artery দুটো branch *Right gastric artery and * Gastro-duodenal artery..... Gastro-duodenal artery এর দুটি branch *Superior pacreato duodenal artery and Right gastro-epiploic artery)
(এখন Spleenic artery এর branch গুলো হলো: *posterior gastric artery * Short gastric artery *Left gastro-epiploic artery... Posterior gastric artery posteror part of fundus of stomach এ supply দেয়... short gastric artery 3/4 টা থাকে supply দেয় fundus of stomach.... এখন left gastro-epiploic artery lower part of greater curvature e supply দেয় আর anastomosis করে Right gastro-epiploic artery এর সাথে)
